One

We are all intricately connected through the Oneness. The energy that vibrates through us all is the same, so it doesn't matter where someone is in the world, our love reaches them. The vibrations of our thoughts, well-wishes, simran, etc. will reach them regardless of what they are doing, even if they are asleep. It doesn't need to be spoken. It's no coincidence if someone is thinking of you at the same time as you remember them, or dreaming of you. 

Waheguru is the giver. As individuals, we really don't have much, all actions will come through Waheguru for what we can give. Whether that is giving empathy, compassion, or material things, it never really originated from me or you. We are joined in our meetings through our karms to the people that we are intricately connected with. There's been a mosquito hanging around my room for days now, it doesn't seem to want to leave. I wondered what past associations must have put this being here at this very specific time that it's been hanging around for so long. We all have our destiny with not only the people around us, but also the animals and plants too. This universal energy force is amazingly powerful if we only learn to cultivate that loving energy to share it into the world.

In the spirit of compassion and love, I encourage you today to think of someone and set an intention for them, send a message of support through the virtual waves of your spirit and the depths of you being. It can be a phone call or real message if you like, but it could also just be a well-wish from afar. In a modern social media world we don't really have to be over the top. It's the subtle that matters the most sometimes. Our deepest heart-felt well wishes matter more than show.
